Document or automate xsd codegen process

I was looking at how to do the namespacing suggested in #102 but it wasn't clear how to re-generate source files from the xsd/wsdl. Could this be documented or automated?

Seconded. I would like to add support for the UUIDs returned in the discovery process (see #88), but doing so requires re-generating the source files (and possibly fixing the generator or something? ws-discovery.xsd contains the element, but the generated source does not).
