Add health check endpoint and Prometheus exporter

Is it possible to add health-check endpoint and Prometheus exporter to expose key metrics e.g. edge device resource consumption and model performance data? This would then feed into a Grafana dashboard and maybe other integration for feedback loops.

We have some metrics available via OpenTelemetry's grpc protocol. You can configure it in the console's settings page:

This feature is still quite limited, but we will be adding more metrics and support more protocols in the future. I can't give you a timeline though.
