New release - 2.9.0

Hi all,

I have a (very late) update. I have merged a bunch of PRs and created a new release 2.9.0 and pushed to Nuget.

Highlights

• Updates to the director layout and build setup
• Updates to Razor renderer packages
• Microsoft Graph sender
• SendGrid reply to support

Some notes

• FluentEmail.Graph has already been published by someone else here: https://www.nuget.org/packages/FluentEmail.Graph/. Not sure if whoever that is wants to continue maintenance or move it into this repo

Next steps

• Merge elastic and exchange senders
• Continue to look through outstanding PRs
• Review core APIs around server templates (mailgun, sendgrid etc)
