Incremental backup do only one account

Hi,
maybe is not clear for me how this work, but we have a weird problem in a zimbra server with 300 users the full backup work fine instead the incremental backup (zmbackup -i) do only one account, no error in the log.

Someone can help us?

find the location of zmbackup

usr/local/bin/zmbackup

add the -x to the script and run it manually to see the debug
