Actualizar Jetstream 2.x a 4.x

Empezar por version de php:
Probar, Upgrade PHP en sail:

cambiar docker-compose sail de 8.0 -> 8.1 :
1. context: ./vendor/laravel/sail/runtimes/8.0
2. image: sail-8.0/app
sail build --no-cache

Todo esto es para usar Laravel-data
