feat: delete account

To comply with privacy regulations, users must be able to completely delete their accounts

Describe the solution you'd like and scope of work
Add a user account page with:

• Link to account page visible on the header bar when users are logged in
• Basic overview information like email and name in read-only format
• Button to delete account with confirmation step
