有些群员喜欢滥用ai。我希望能够单独地限制他们。
但目前的额度功能：
.设置 好友 xxxx 额度为 0 条/小时
这个只能限制他私信使用AI。

希望额度功能改进，能够一并将群内的这名用户在群里的提问权限禁掉；
或者运用新的指令达成这个功能。
