Add an option to hide the Tutorial Course

You only need the learning course at the beginning of your Artemis career, after that it's pretty useless. Many people I know are annoyed when they see the partial red circle all the time because they think they missed something.

Add an option (e.g. button) to hide the "Tutorial Course".

A workaround currently used by a few students is to use an addblocker rule to hide the course.
A selector for this could be e.g. artemis.cit.tum.de##.guided-tour.card.
