Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, loxilb supports SCTP proxy to support NGAP load-balancing. But it seems it is not supported using eBPF sockmap support.

Describe the solution you'd like
If implemented with eBPF sockmap, it could provide significant advantages.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

Additional context
I am however if sctp is supported natively in kernel.
