Polling at a given interval when page is at perflist /meet program stage.

This would probably be opt-in (through a tick in the UI) since it involves polling at regular intervals, thus increasing bandwith consumption.

Could be made visible with a small countdown (at the top of the window for instance), like in Le Devoir elections dashboard (refresh in 29s…).
