Enhance operator order resource to view outcomes of bets on participation pools #9

Define functionality that allows the gaming product orders in an operator order resource to be enriched with:

links to a selection of the participation pool that corresponds exactly to the bets in the order bet specifications
as the participation pools are processed with the outcome of the linked draw event, enable the classification of the bets in the bet specifications to be viewed directly on the resource
as the winnings are computed, link each bet specification that won something to the winnings resources that correspond
