couldn't import sima after installation #224

I have successfully installed those pre request module and sima. However, I couldn't import sima. If I import sima, it shows numpy.dtype has the wrong size, and if I import something from sima, it shows can not import name_motion. Did anyone see this before, or can help me get through it. Thank you

FYI I'm trying on both win 7 and win10, using anaconda and python(x,y) respectively。
