Publish NuGet package for KickStart.EntityChange #246

The current NuGet package for KickStart.EntityChange has a reference for an older version of EntityChange (5.0.21) and using it with MediatR.CommandQuery.Audit, who uses version 5.1.0, the application fails to start.
