Dear Etienne,
Thanks for this very useful script.
Just a small suggestion: update the script so it is fully compatible with Python 3 syntax. I could deal with that, but not sure I did properly...

I'm not surprised, I wrote this script years ago and did not watched it closely since.
Glad it's of use. You can find a "python 3.x" compatible version in branch "python 3.x" (i.e. the master branch is python2.7 compatible). it's here: https://github.com/loire/vcf2DIYABC.py/tree/python3.x
