Our site editors have reported repeatedly that adding new content_entries on a regular basis is very time-consuming. CSV uploads would mean less time spent clicking and more time spent editing. The potential time savings are huge for regular/big content_entry updates.

Bonus: Direction connection to GDrive

Agree - this feature would be a major bonus.

I need this feature right now for a project.

Upon deploy it would load the following /data/ files in this order:

  1. data/posts.yml (if present)
  2. data/posts.csv (if present)

I would like to create a PR for this however I am having trouble finding the code that pushes the data/*.yml files. @did if you could point it out that'd be sweet.

In the meantime I am using this CSV to YAML convert tool: http://convertcsv.com/csv-to-yaml.htm
