Non standard slug's / Redirects

Hello, maybe here is a way to work with custom page slugs, like:

• somelongslug.txt
• somelongslug.html

It needs when you have to auth your site with Google/Yandex stats.

Also, SEO 301 redirects from duplicate urls to main:

For example, currently if we have slug: some it can be rendered as:

• some.anyoneelse Duplicate ?
• some/ Duplicate Already exists via RackRewrite on server.
• some Main slug OK

So if here no such functional, i can suggest:

• ability to add slug extension

Seems that i need to fix page middleware within steam

Also done first task (extension strict check). For Steam, Wagon, Engine. Will share later, i want to test it in production some time.
