Running scripts

I read your paper "SLAP: A Supervised Learning Approach for Priority Cuts Technology Mapping" and I had a few questions when trying to get the results.

How exactly to run the scripts correctly and in what order? Are there any general comments?
After launching train.pl I stopped at the "Training Neural Network" stage (step2_genCNN.py)
I would be very grateful if you would give some instructions on how to start generating cuts, embeddings and using CNN using the files provided in the repo on GitHub.
