语音服务 - 选择内置 TTS 服务 -【音色】选项优化 #15

目前，在切换至内置 TTS 服务（Edge 大声朗读、火山、OpenAI TTS）时，会强制修改音色。

应该给这些服务分别储存要使用的音色，而不是强制切换。
