compatiblity with covid19cz

I'm not familiar with the eRouška app, but had a quick look at the technical info from the link you provided. From what I can tell, eRouška implements its own Bluetooth protocol, whereas harbour-contrac has been built to be compatible with the Google/Apple protocol.

I don't know how similar the two are, but in the first instance the focus for harbour-contrac will be getting this Google/Apple protocol working. So the short answer, I'm afraid, is that it likely won't be compatible with eRouška at least initially.

If anyone wants to alter the backend to make it compatible, then that would be a wonderful addition.
