Currently neutral-prompt is not working on Stable Diffusion WebUI Forge because combine_denoised is no longer used and replaced with forge_sampler.forge_sample in forge.

Thanks for reporting. I'm busy right now but I'll try to take a look this week, I think it's important to support forge too.
