Sometime Entire CSS code Shatters

Hi, thanks for the awesome tool, the issue I am facing is sometime the whole CSS file jumbles up when I use Livestyle (with Atom editor), most of the closing brackets in CSS moves to the end of the file. Is there any solution or precaution for this issue?
