Transcription Fails When Following README Instructions

Description

After following the instructions in the README and selecting the Customer Support section on the website, I am able to initiate conversations. However, the transcription process fails, displaying an error message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Follow the setup instructions provided in the README file.
2. Navigate to the Customer Support section on the web interface.
3. Start a conversation by speaking into the interface.

Expected Behavior

Audio input should be successfully transcribed, displaying the text.

Actual Behavior

While the conversation interface is functional and allows speaking, the transcription fails. The following error messages are logged:
