需要看一下这张图里面的map上去的reads，是不是都是比较好的67M的，还是说，又是只有很多很短的4bp或者5bp的alignment。

所有文件在 /cds/xinhe/Tiao_Seq/unified_data_repo/20170531

这一批的spike-in是200bp，mapping的结果并没有出现很多短的4，5bp的alignment，已经和露露联系了，看她怎么回答。但总的来说，这说明总的结果不用变了，但是这个图还是要美化一下。
