Context

We'd like to allow a proxy account to send identity/vc requests on behalf of the users, when authorised:

  • work for both DI and II
  • the delegation list should be stored on the parachain so that it's publicly visible, and the user can query whom they have authorised
  • for II the check logic should happen on-chain
  • extrinsic to add/remove delegation

Not in DI.

Deprioritise it as we need more context from product team
