大尺寸世界时钟没有显示城市名称

与设计图一致，增加名称显示
样式问题
- 城市名称显示颜色太深和太亮，名称字体样式为70%透明度的黑或者白
- 字号偏大，字号缩小
- 指针中心没有圆圈效果
