xx230/xx20/haswell/qemu: bump to coreboot 4.19 and linux kernel 5.10.5

Bump all platforms to kernel 5.10.5
linux and coreboot configs are saved in defconfig here (saved through make BOARD=xyz linux/coreboot.save_in_defconfig_format_in_place)
CircleCI: change cache dependence to reuse coreboot 4.19 and 5.10.5 cache for all boards sharing those in common
