It would be useful to rotate the selection area when taking screenshots.
Note that this is not about rotating screenshots after they are taken.

Rotating the selection area also creates situations where we may capture content outside of the image.
We have to figure out how to handle this.
Normal behavior is white, black, or transparent (not available in jpg).
