That copy is extremely confusing and the website says nothing about it. 1) It looks like the device is rooted (which I was able to verify it wasn't), 2) that it is signed with "dev keys" and 3) that it is actually a debug build (instead of a production one). You should clarify on the website what the above things mean exactly. As a noob, I don't even know if I made a mistake and installed the wrong build. I went to the official LineageOS reddit page, but they blocked my question immediately because they said "LineageOS MicroG is not the official LineageOS"... (pretty toxic community if you ask me).

If I'm not mistaken LOS actually still ships user-debug builds. Might depend on the device.
Regarding asking questions on their support forums:
They have made it clear that they will not answer questions about microG, Magisk, Xposed, and other root/system-level mods to their core OS, or regarding devices with those mods installed. They consider microG a method of breaking the Android security model (application spoofing) and do not support it. (There could be repercussions to the whole custom ROM community if LOS dips their feet into that pool. I'll leave it at that.)
That said, 95% of issues that affect LOS for microG also affect official LOS similarly. I suggest just being cautious about not revealing that you are a LOS for microG user when asking questions there and you will get answers.
What they did is 100% predictable, I think their rules spell it out explicitly.
Assigning this issue back to - it's not something we have the time resources or motivation to 'solve'.
You will see the same or similar string in 'vanilla' LIneageOS, and most other custom ROMs. So you could ask - without mention microG
If you find a good explanation, and want to suggest some text that we could add to the GFAQ section of the web-site, the we are very happy to receive contributions: ideally as 'patches' or 'Pull Requests', but of you're not comfortable with that, then suggested text will do.
I have installed LineageOS MicroG according to this .
After installing, I went to Settings -> About Phone -> Build Number and found the following:
lineage_alioth-userdebug 11 RQ3A.211001.001eng.root.20220315.054915 dev-keys
