Show changelog for builds

Upstream lineage shows a changelog for each build on the download website, e.g. https://download.lineageos.org/FP2/changes/ - this site is linked from the updater tool.

It'd be great if the lineage4microg download site would show the changes on a similar website, showing the corresponding upstream and MicroG changes.

Hi, I am bumping this as I had the same issue today. I updated my system, but I had no idea what I updated it with. Even showing which version of lineageOS and microg is used would be a step forward. We probably need changes to the docker image first before we can update the website. We should probably change the changelog URL as well.

Our instructions for finding out about changes will be:

See the Lineage change logs for your device. Our build includes all changes before te date on which the build run was started, usually the first day of the month

That text does need to be added to the web site - probably the FAQ section
