No more weekly updates for payton despite new nightlies on lineageOS

Last update for MotoX4 is from January 30th, although new nightlies appear almost every day on lineageos.org.

The weekly update on January 23rd was missing, too.

I too wanted to open this issue. I looked for the proper place to do so, and it seems to me that it should be posted to the docker-lineage-cicd repo. There, an issue is already open, albeit with a different title.
