The link that refers to the lineageOS upgrade instructions seems to be referring to a 404 page.

I can confirm this. The text is

Upgrade
To upgrade from one LineageOS for microG major version (15.1, 16.0, 17.1 or 18.1) to another, follow the instrucions for your device here.

The URL https://wiki.lineageos.org/upgrade_guides.html does not exist anymore.

Hmm, can somehow help me out with how to upgrade my OnePlus Nord avicii. Btw. I am donating to this project :)
