Change "Registered" to "Registrations"

Where an event has unlimited tickets, remove the available tickets text

First we should re-enable this feature, as the total tickets isn't passed through the API yet. Could we add a nullable ticket_limit property to events endpoint with the max allowed tickets?

Ha, yeah! There'll no doubt be a few times where I don't realise things like this :)
