Hi,

probably in

WebOptimizer/src/WebOptimizer.Core/Processors/CssFingerprinter.cs

Line 73 in d94face

string hash = GenerateHash(info.LastWriteTime.Ticks.ToString());

you can just use
info.LastWriteTime.Ticks.ToString()

generate hash is useless unless you do hash calculation on file content...
