[BUG] Proper handling of memory save files

Save files are currently written as " crc.eeprom " in the same directory as retroarch.exe rather than following RetroArchs naming standards (" filename.srm ") and moving them into the save directory.

The situation could fix itself if savefiles would use libretro's internal way of handling SRAM
