Oddworld games, garbled/ghosting graphics bug. #127

Latest RetroArch 1.19.1, latest SwanStation core. Same bug on different renderers, no/different shaders, tried different settings.

Reproduce by starting the game, in the main menu you can notice some bugged graphics. Cutscenes work fine, but gameplay is broken.

OP was about Windows, but I found this happens on Android as well!

EDIT - SwanStation 1.0.0 6a8c32b does not have this issue

A helpful member of the RetroArch subreddit told me " Same happened to me too after updating the core. I fixed it by going in Quick Menu -> Core Options -> Advanced Settings and turning off 'Use Old MDEC Routines'. " This worked for me, could be useful for anyone else experiencing these issues!

This issue remains but this tip is a workaround.
