[Request] Direct Link for stable builds of RetroArch #505

As you know when a new nightly build of RetroArch is released you can retrieve it from the following URL. http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/windows/x86_64/RetroArch.7z
With each nightly release I can simply go to that URL and download it knowings its the latest build. But for the latest stable build this feature does not exist. The reason why I would like a URL that is a direct link to the latest stable build is for the purpose of automation. I can put that link into a program that will auto install and update retroarch to the latest stable build. Please build this URL for the stable build that currently exist for nightlies. Thank you!

@HEspoke Correct me if I'm wrong, but this looks fixed?

Oh, now that I posted the link I see that it hardcodes the version in the url...
