[Lightrec] Need for Speed: High Stakes hangs at first loading screen

Description

When enabling Lightrec with Need for Speed: High Stakes, the game will hang on the first loading screen until you disable it from settings, after which the game will be able to continue as normal.
Happens regardless of any combination of available Lightrec settings and platform (Windows, Linux, Android) being used.
The same thing does not happen with the latest version of PCSX-ReARMed using its version of Lightrec.
