代理组页面 无法切换到“全局”和“直连”标签页

复现步骤 / Step to reproduce

1、打开代理组页面点击 “全局”或者“直连”标签页

预期行为 / Expected behavior

可以切换到对应的模式

实际行为 / Actual behavior

目前只有规则模式可以生效，全局和直连模式无法生效，托盘右键菜单模式也无法切换成功（可以点击，但是不生效） 应该是同一个bug

已发送，文件名为 ClashPremium.yaml （是Meta的配置文件，因为历史的原因做了个外网链接方便自己多设备同步没有修改名字）

20241109补充，同样的配置文件在我另一台pc上切换是没有问题的，但是在这个设备上就切换不了，感觉像是gui方面的bug，不太清楚是什么原因导致的，我截图一下两台设备页面对比

上面的设备为问题设备，无法切换选项卡
