It would probably be worthwhile reviewing some of the introductory material to decide what is no longer relevant and talk about what is going to happen in Run 3.

In this respect: we know that various things fo run 3 will be (rather) different. How is the Starterkit going to evolve? Will there be a "legacy Starterkit" and the "default one" for run 3 and beyond? Mixing the 2 will become a nightmare, I suspect.

I take the point that this split will imply more work but I suspect that's true whether you do this split or continue with a single Starterkit with run-1+2 and run-3 specific bits ;-).
