CP/CPS Linter options #220

As I'm not familiar with GO... would it be possible to add an option to the CP/CPS Linter to allow:

Tabs instead of whitespaces in titels (e.g. between the chapter number and the chapter heading)
Ignorance of capitalization differences

? :)
