Why is there no support for Gitlab?

it is, it's just not implemented (yet)

because it the whole concept is based on labeling PRs/MRs, and without GitHub/GitLab connection we don't know which labels are applied

okay if it is possible, are there any known roadblocks that is making it take this long to support? or is it just no one has been willing to try it due to lack of interest?
