NavigationView Light Theme is broken in Windows 11 version 3.0.5

To Reproduce

Wpf.Ui.Appearance.ApplicationThemeManager.Apply(
Wpf.Ui.Appearance.ApplicationTheme.Light
);

Expected behavior

Working Light theme
