Delete herd and clean herd files

I need help, I made the mistake of installing herd with laragon, now I have problems with composer and doing migrations, I thought about manually deleting the herd files but I don't want to accidentally delete something on my system, do you know how I can correctly delete herd? I also tried to update Laragon's composer but it still shows an error
