How restore access to temp folder

Hi,

I recently had to reinstall Windows 11 Home after it locked me out following a BIOS update and I then restored the Laragon folder using a Macrium Reflect backup. I wasn't using the portable version. All seemed okay but now it seems PHP or rather my forum software is complaining can't access the temp folder to make an upgrade.

According to PHP Info in the Environment section, it says:

TEMP C:/Windows/Temp
TMP C:/Windows/Temp

Normally this is restricted from access but if I request permission, I can see programs in there making use of it.

Is the best way forward to reinstall Laragon via the Laragon installer so that it restores access to the temp folder and has all the correct permissions again?

Well that was odd, I just rebooted Windows 11 and the PHP temp folder seems to be working fine again!
