How to install MySql 8+ in windows 10

Hello I follow the steps in this tutorial

and everything goes fine.
But when I try to start MySql, I got an error:

But If I install MySql 8 using the installer it works
looks like there is a problem initializing the core database...

Anyone have any idea how to solve this?

It may be a permission problem if you install with an admin account your standard user account needs to write access, see How to set up Laragon on a new Windows computer (part 2) - permissions

Check if you have a mysql-8 folder in laragon\data\mysql-8 and you can create a file, a notepad text file for example.

What solve my problem was

1. delete mysql-8 folder (laragon\data\mysql-8)

2. step into bin folder
   \laragon\bin\mysql\mysql-8.0.32-winx64\bin>
   run this command :
   $ mysqld --initialize-insecure --datadir=C:\laragon\data\mysql-8

3. check if is there is any erro in the command console

4. check with this command
   mysqld --standalone --console

   get this output

double check in my.ini that data folder is correct in both ( my.ini and --datadir= parameter)
