Frequency of requests to schema-registry #83

I want to know the timing and frequency of requests to schema-registry with ui.

Because my schema-registry have more then 5000 schemas, requests too often can put pressure on the cluster（2 schema-registry for nginx）.

I create or update will refresh all lists to schema-registry requests?
