Kafka Topics UI don't work with confluentinc/cp-kafka-rest version 5 and later.
I downgrade my confluentinc/cp-kafka-rest down to 3.2.1 in order to make it work properly.

@ktheodosiou Hi, it seems that this project is not maintained since 2019. I also have issues working with Kafka REST proxy of the latest versions.
