Propagation of Topic Name into Target

It would be great to include the option to insert string literals into the target for sink connectors. One use of this would be to propagate the topic name from the subscription.

In a similar direction, I think...

For (at least) the MQTT source, if the connector is subscribed to a wildcard-containing topic, it would be nice to be able to propagate / parse the topic into the Target.
