This prevents people from using angular tags and functionality in payment forms. IE TestPayment

Solution
Recompile angular on checkout when a new payment form is chosen.

(Note: When we eventually switch meyer to support spreedly, which will be soon I'm guessing. This won't be an issue. So Probably better not to worry about this until then.)
