Account page; doesn't prepopulate notification settings

If I sign up as a customer and opt into notifications - when I go to the account page to update my details, the opt in isn't remembered and the checkbox is unselected. It should match the selection made when initiall registering/last updated.

@Mopok it seems like the accepts_marketing parameter gets ignored during the form submit on the updateCustomerProfile post request. I searched around and was unable to find a theme that implemented this on the account page, I tried adding it in as a data-ajax-extra-fields param, but didnt seem to work. Have you come across something like this before?

I think you're correct about this. We can probably postpone this and look into it later. For now might be good to remove the unused field(the accept promotions on the profile page).
